12.03.12 Claire's first Dr. visit

Claire's first doctor's visit. I'm not sure if its because I left the hospital early or it is a routine check up 2 days after leaving hospital, but we're here for a check up focusing on her weight and her jaundice level. She lost 9oz, which is still within the normal 10% that newborns usually loose within the first week due to milk supply not in yet.
Dr. said all look good. He doesn't see much yellow in her chest and good color on her legs meaning low jaundice level. Now we just need to go back in 2 days for another weight check to see her gaining weight = eating well. Then we'll be clear to come back at one month!

Usually hospital measures longer than here at Dr's office. Claire is measured at 20 3/4"
Head circumference = 13 1/2"

so peaceful after her check up. for some reason, she sleeps extra long after dr's visit. Is it that tiring for her?!!
